An excellent opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Administrator to work for this marketing leading organisation who are experiencing year on year growth.
**Customer Service Administrator - About The Role**:
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to use and develop their skills in an administration based role. You will be working as part of a team so being a team player is key as well as the ability to work individually. Duties include:
- Administration
- Creating and updating reports
- Inputting and amending orders
- Dealing with and resolving complaints and escalating where necessary
- Generating contracts and dealing with customer queries
- Direct liaison with Sales team
- Filing and scanning
- Ad hoc projects as required to support Senior Management
**The successful Customer Service Administrator will have**:
The successful person will be a key member of this busy team and will play a critical part in the growth of the business. You will be dealing directly with Sales Executives as well as Directors by providing support on the phone as and when required.
You will be proficient in MS Word and Excel and will be organised, have good attention to detail and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. Most importantly you will be happy working in a pressurised environment.
