Brook Street are supporting our client in selecting a creative and determined individual to support their talented and ambitious sales team.

All delivery of engagement and sales events are overseen by the sales manager. You will be a vital part of the sales team not only in demonstrating the ability to deliver successful events but also the delivery of exceeding targets.

Main duties may include:

- Oversee the sales team providing them with support, realistic targets and coaching
- Ensure events are a success through efficient planning and delivery
- Build your own team by recruiting, training and coaching staff members to deliver fantastic results
- Generate awareness around the brand using market insights and knowledge
- Identify marketing opportunities within the local community
