**Location**: Hertford Based at County Hall - Hybrid working
**Starting Salary**:£55,916 progressing to a maximum of £62,589 per annum
**Hours**: 37 per week
**Contract**: Permanent

**Job Duties**:
This is a rare opportunity to lead a unit of talented practitioners & interact with stakeholders at the most senior levels across the whole organisation. Data is at the heart of what we do, & we need the most outstanding individual to ensure that meaningful& actionable insight drives the delivery of world-class services in Hertfordshire.

You will be responsible for ensuring property & spatial systems support the needs of the Council.

You’ll be expected to lead responses to the most varied set of strategic challenges which the Council faces.

You will lead a team of nearly 10, ensuring these talented & critical resources use leading edge technologies & processes to deliver outstanding services.

**Essential**:
Experience of leading analytical function in a large & complex organisation

This is a role which will challenge your stakeholder management, leadership & technical skills but you will, in return, have opportunities to work on some of the most innovative projects imaginable.
