This is a telephone customer service based role with a sales based outcome. **Sales through service**.

Your purpose will be to retain as many customers for **Virgin Media** as possible through tailoring broadband, TV and mobile phone packages to meet the customers’ lifestyle and needs. With the training given, you will be also leaning on your own drive to succeed. This success will be rewarded with an excellent commission structure. You will see a reward for every customer that you retain.

Our commission structure is **excellent** and we have a number of employees that push themselves to understand the issues and managing the customer through the process. They see a regular annual salary of **over £30,000**.

Basic pay - **£18,525pa (increasing from 01/04 to £20,319pa)**

Average commission for most employees - **£5,520pa**

Average salary including commission - **£24,024pa**

**Remember, the commission scheme is awesome**. Your reward will depend on your own drive to succeed. We will support you with this by giving all the tools you need.

On top of the fantastic earning potential, you will be offered **huge discounts** on all **Virgin Media and O2 products**. Sometimes as much as **85%**

If you don’t have experience, don’t worry We are very experienced at providing very specific training. All we ask is that you have a passion for helping people and are able to talk on the phone. Computer literacy is also necessary.
