HR Admin Officer (People Service Advisory)

- £20p/h Umbrella (Inside IR35)**

3-6 month contract with potential extensions**

**Working Pattern:

- Fully Remote Working**

We are currently working with one of our established clients, who is looking for some extra support within the HR Team for at least the next 3-6 months initially. Please see below for further information:
**The role will include duties such as the following**:

- Recruitment support activity
- Helping to write and finalise job descriptions
- Completing recruitment paperwork
- Setting up interviews / panels
- Obtaining references
- Also helping to provide support of a service in a redesign/restructure context

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of working within a fast pace service centre delivering high level customer service, delivering HR advice and support
- Previous experience of dealing with HR queries and advising on policies and procedures
- Previous experience of a range of HR activities and understanding the importance of good customer service
- Previous experience of working in line with service standards or KPIs
- Demonstrable experience of being able to interpret data
- Experience of working within a local authority or similar organisation
- Excellent IT skills including the full range of MS Office products
- Good knowledge of employment law
- Basic DBS _(If you do not have one, we will process this for you)_
