**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Managing all aspects of the maintenance (cleaning, organising MoT / service, defects etc) of company vehicles.
- Driving company vehicles to/from garages.
- Inputting orders onto our courier systems.
- Answering sales enquires and order progression queries.
- Providing support and advice to delivery drivers regarding orders and collections.
- Processing / scanning of Proof of Delivery paperwork.
- Providing general holiday/sickness cover for the other roles of the Transport and Distribution Team.
- Charasmatic and well organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Confident with IT systems.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Excellent time management, organisational and administration skills.
- Work in a team.
- Abiliyt to solve problems.
