The Role:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Maidstone office. Your responsibilities will include various general office tasks utilizing the MS Office suite, managing document control activities, and providing support to the team in terms of documentation and project timelines. Additionally, you will collaborate with our graphics designer to compile engaging "InDesign reports/presentations," which will constitute approximately 50% of the position. Training workshops will be provided to familiarize you with the specific document control portals and systems utilized in the role.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
