**Job Title**:Sales Administrator

**Location**: Maidstone

**Salary**:£22k-£27k DOE

**Hours**:Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm

**The role**:
You'll be working with a small team but with big ambitions. The company possess a successful and strong market presence. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in busy environments with strong admin background.

**As the Sales Administrator your key responsibilities would be**:

- Responding to queries from customers, resolving enquiries and providing information.
- Accurate order and invoice processing, from quotations and chasing payments.
- Using Sage to input orders, invoice, and billing information.
- Managing stock to support their 6 monthly stock check.
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of Sage
- Building relationships with customers with an excellent telephone manner.
- Great attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and adaptable to change.
