**Description**

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be required but not limited to;
- Provide excellent Customer Service at all times
- Effectively and accurately process a wide range of correspondence from members
- Asses Medical Referrals
- Authorise invoice payments
- Action membership adjustments and payments

**Profile**

The successful Customer Service Administrator will;
- Have a polite and professional telephone manner
- Worked in Customer Service before
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

**Job Offer**
