This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on and innovative individual who has previous administrative experience within an HR service setting. Previous experience working in HR is essential for this role.
Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive HR support both locally and to our international teams; primary responsibility for ‘business as usual’ transactional and operational HR activity’, as well as supporting the HR Business Partner on the delivery and implementation of project work.
**MAIN DUTIES Duties/responsibilities**
**Learning & Development - **Coordinate and manage on-boarding programme including leading on induction programmes - management of probation review processes, advising managers on setting objectives and standing over all training plans.
Support HR Business Partner with ad-hoc projects e.g., policy design and review, salary benchmarking, building competency frameworks etc.
Coordinate a range of ER cases including performance and attendance management, maintaining internal systems, leave and flexible working requests along with handling straightforward cases and escalating any complex matters to the HR Business Partner.
- Monitor and review employees’ eligibility to work in the UK
- Assist with the annual performance review cycle, salary review, bonus, promotions etc.
- Managing leaver process, conducting exit interviews
- Support the HR Business Partner in the ongoing development of HR processes and policies.
- Manage payroll process in conjunction with the Finance team
- Support the HR Business Partner in managing disciplinary matters.
- Support in all Company & cultural activities as required by the HR Business Partner.
**SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCE LEVEL**
Qualifications/education/Specialist Training required
**ESSENTIAL**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at HR Administrator level, highly competent in using business software such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Some exposure to straightforward ER cases
- Experience of volume routine recruitment including interviewing
- Proactive and pragmatic approach to work with the ability to cope effectively with a high level of work activity and changing priorities
- Organisational skills - Ability to plan and prioritise own workload in order to achieve performance standards and objectives to agreed deadlines
- Able to problem-solve and demonstrate excellent operational HR skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders taking ownership of tasks and projects
- Be a strong team player, able to contribute to the wider team
- Excellent attention to detail and committed to data accuracy
**DESIRABLE**
- Associate CIPD member Level 3 minimum
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
