We have an exciting opportunity in Chesterfield for a Clinical Lead Nurse to support and develop quality patient standards by identifying opportunities to ensure that our teams provide well-led, responsive, caring, safe, efficient and effective care.
This role will be pivotal in driving high standards and supporting effective caseload management. You will need to be committed to supporting the District Nursing teams within Chesterfield alongside the Team Leaders. In return you will receive regular support within the locality.

To provide clinical leadership and support to the community nursing services, acting at all times in accordance with the DCHS way leadership expectations and standards enabling and achieving quality people, quality business and quality services.
To provide professional and clinical leadership and senior nursing advice to the community nursing teams.
The Purpose and Activities of DCHS?
Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire.
We employ around 4,200 substantive staff, caring for patients in 11 community hospitals and more than 30 health centres, as well as in clinics, GP practices, schools, care homes and, increasingly, in people’s own homes and via virtual consultations.
During the pandemic response we have led the implementation of public vaccination centres in collaboration with partners across health and social care.
