**The Role**:
We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to spear-head the conception, creation and delivery of market-leading gaming experiences. Leveraging your UX expertise you’ll be charged with nurturing complex features from ideation through to delivery. In parallel you’ll be able to positively influence established workflows by proposing targeted optimisations.

As a Sr UX Designer, you'll use your expertise in UX methodologies to produce high-quality deliverables and play a vital role in delivering our feature set from concept to launch. This is a hands-on role that will require your involvement in all phases of the design process.

**About you**:
You will be joining us with a strong track record in the games industry having worked on previous titles.

You are proficient with market-leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma, XD, Protopie, or equivalent, and be well-versed in the latest mobile gaming UX trends, in order to ensure our products remain at the forefront of user experience.

With strong communication skills, you have a track record of collaborating with Consumer Insights teams and conducting hypothesis-led user testing, as well as engaging with senior stakeholders; extracting valuable feedback as well as providing input and direction in order to drive our projects forward.

A background in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or related fields will also be highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with RPG mechanics and systems is highly desirable.
