Full Job Description

We are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic Accounts Administrator/Purchase Ledger clerk to join our team. An excellent opportunity to gain experience in all area of accounting.

Responsibilities to include:

- Checking and entering supplier invoices and pods into the accounting software.
- Sending customer invoices and pods.
- Uploading pods onto our logistics system
- Preparing AP and AR monthly reports
- Chasing o/s monies due
- Other adhoc duties to support the smooth running of the office.

Essential:
Good communication skills, verbal and written.

Computer literate.

The ability to work under pressure with good time management.

Effective time-management and the ability to manage own workload

Desirable:
Previous invoicing experience would be very advantageous

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
