Retail and Contract Warranty Clerk.

Main Purpose of Job: To ensure that retail, contract maintenance and warranty work is claimed in full and that customer satisfaction is achieved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing retail invoices
- To monitor all warranty and contract work done and parts used to ensure that all necessary information is obtained and recorded, as required by documented procedures and manufacturers instructions.
- To raise, monitor and account for warranty claims, including the reimbursement of goodwill claims, as laid down in procedures and manufacturers instructions. To ensure that all warranty work is claimed in full, within the manufacturers time limits. To liaise with and maintain good relationships with the manufacturers on all warranty matters.
- To liaise with the parts department and to instruct them on the return or disposal of displaced warranty parts.
- To follow up and report to management on any rejected claims or reduced payments.
- To carry out any further duties, within capabilities, when requested by management. These may include liaising with customers, working outside normal hours, supervising and instructing trainees, acting as Workshop controller or Receptionist etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
