Field Sales Executive
**Location**: Park Royal, London
**Salary**: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, with potential for movement based on performance
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in our client's growth by:
- **Managing Allocated Accounts**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **New Business Development**: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within London and the Home Counties, expanding the company's market presence.
- **Sales Strategy**: Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
- **Product Expertise**: Staying updated on the latest product offerings and market trends, enabling you to provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients.
- **Field Sales**: Conducting 90% of your work in the field, meeting clients, and presenting the company's products and services.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven Sales Experience**: A demonstrated background within sales, with a preference for field sales experience.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- **Self-Motivation**: A strong, self-motivated, and target-driven approach, with a passion for exceeding goals.
- **Customer Focus**: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.
- **Adaptability**: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client demands.
