**Job responsibilities**
- To be the main point of contact for your customers
- Liaising with Insurance companies and GP surgeries
- Liaising with the Sales and Retentions teams in order to achieve the best outcome for SmarterCover clients.
- Confirming terms to customers once decisions have been made from our panel of Insurers.
- Maintaining all pipelines accurately to ensure the best possible client experience

**Skills/experience required**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident communication skills and telephone manner
- Able to multi
- task and organise own workloads
- Be self-motivated and able to work large pipelines
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Strong team player

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
