Kenneth Green Associates, the UK’s leading distributor of Fragrance and Beauty brands are currently looking for a Sales Order Processor for our Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey.

This is a full time, fixed term contract for one year and is an enviable opportunity to gain knowledge and experience within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

**Job Purpose Summary**

To support the Sales Order Processing team in terms of order processing, maintaining order information and resultant reports and records as required. Communication with Consultants, Sales Managers, Marketing & Warehouse and other administrative duties as required.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- To take and log telephone orders and queries
- To provide accurate information to Consultants, Sales Managers and warehouse
- Data entry on Excel and Navision
- To carry out all administrative duties for the department including filing, chasing POD’s and running reports

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Proven administrative skills
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Competent at paper based administrative tasks
- Wholesale retail experience would be useful, but is not essential

The successful applicant will have the ability to work well under pressure and be deadline focused, be highly organised and have excellent administration and communication skills. Proficient working knowledge of MS Office is essential.
