Red is excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Trainer to join a multinational insurance company, this role involves developing the existing training for employees. **Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Trainer**:

- Developing and transforming our training for new and existing employees
- Representing change projects, consulting, and working collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Designing in-house technical customer service blended learning solutions
- Being responsible for regulatory compliance requirements specific to learning and development and financial services
- Working on projects to support the delivery of the business and customer service strategy

**Key Skills and Qualifications of a Customer Service Trainer**:

- Up to date with industry knowledge and best practices in learning, training, and development
- Previous experience in designing engaging learning solutions
- Great stakeholder management skills are required
- Qualification in CIPD L&D Level 3 is desirable
- Experience using virtual learning platforms is required
- Adept at using digital learning tools to design on-line learning solutions
