**Description**:
It’s an exciting time to join us as a Customer Service Trainer here at AXA, on a 6 month fixed term contract. You’ll be an essential member of our team, developing and transforming our new starter induction training as well as working on projects to support delivery of our business and customer service strategy.

Joining us as a Customer Service Trainer, you’ll have a passion for and experience in designing engaging digital learning solutions and learning practices, that enhances the training experience for our people. You’ll also have great stakeholder management skills and a desire to support the development of colleagues.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Design and delivery of in-house technical customer service blended learning solutions, to include digital, virtual and face to face.
- Representation on business and customer service change projects, working with key stakeholders, using the consultancy cycle to determine training requirements and the most appropriate learning solution.
- Share experience and best practice to develop knowledge, skill and behaviour within the role
- Delivery of effective developmental / motivational feedback and coaching support
- Responsible for regulatory compliance requirements specific to learning and development and financial services

**Qualifications**:

- Good working knowledge of using digital learning tools would be desirable
- You’ll have a willingness to learn technical systems and processes
- Ability to use virtual learning platforms
- Ability to interact and build effective relationships
- Problem solving and ability to propose a course of action
- Display a positive can-do attitude and approach
- Strong organisation planning and time management skills
- Keep up to date with industry knowledge and best practices in learning training and development
- CIPD L&D Level 3 desirable
