**Internal Sales Representative for Aggregates & Asphalt x 4**:
**Wetherby Based covering the North Region £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience**

**Description of Team / Department**

Aggregates and Asphalt North Commercial Team

**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role**:

- Support your local sales manager responsible for a portfolio of customers in a defined geographical area
- Be responsible for proactively generating new business in your area through prospecting; making use of reports on closed, lapsed and new accounts, as well as using tools such as Barbour ABI and LinkedIn to identify appropriate call lists.
- Manage area accounts using appropriate sales tools making sure that all customer interactions are recorded
- Follow up, in a timely manner, all quotes added to the system ensuring a record of jobs won and lost is kept; and that lost or finished job quotes are removed from system
- Report regularly on area performance including volume, selling price, customer mix and forecast

**Skills / Experience**
Experience working in a target driven, proactive, sales role is essential, experience in the building products or construction industry would be beneficial but not essential
Target driven, with a strong track record in achieving daily, weekly & monthly targets in a competitive environment
Able to manage time effectively in order to maximize opportunities by making contact with prospective and existing customers
Experience with SAP would be beneficial but not essential
