The Role

Duties
- Admin support for Estates
- Database entry for compliance jobs following all the routine inspections
- Contractor control
- Self-employed control
- Drivers’ licences and training
- QFM data entry (from Compliance inspection reports etc.)
- To manage the franking of external post
- To manage distribution of incoming mail/deliveries to relevant departments

Person Specification
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Photocopying/Print experience (training will be provided)
- Ability to work in a busy environment, remain calm under pressure and ability to ‘multi-task’ and prioritise is essential
- Well-presented and confident in dealing with people at all levels.
- Ability to think ahead and be pro-active along with excellent organisational skills.
- A lively, cheerful personality with the ability to be flexible and to work as part of a team.
- PC skills - some knowledge would be preferred, but a willingness to train and gain skills is essential
- Confident, proactive with a helpful and flexible approach
- Ability to work well in a team and alone, with minimum supervision, maintaining a professional and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues
