The role:

- Assisting the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of the Survey team, organising equipment and logistics, preparing work folders, arranging equipment calibration and repairs, and security and vehicle passes.
- Maintenance of vehicle fleet and H&S training schedules.
- Purchasing office and site consumables, building relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Assisting in completing tender and PQQ documentation.
- Arranging for specific training, testing and DBS checks for staff.

Skills and experience:

- A minimum of 1 years administration experience; construction experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Strong IT skills including Word and Excel. Experience of using HubSpot or other CRM systems would be an advantage.

Personal qualities:

- Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to switch between tasks.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work to deadlines.
- Aptitude for learning and strong attention to detail.

Salary and job details:

- Hours
- Hybrid working after training, with a minimum of 1 day in the office per week.
- £28-£30k depending on experience
- On site parking
