**About us**:
The Family Solutions Service in Banbury are seeking to recruit a Family Support Worker to join the Family Help Team based in The New Futures Centre, Hilton Road, Banbury.

**About the role**:
This role is a grade 9, 37 hours a week, with a flexible working pattern to meet the needs of the service. The ability to travel around the Banbury area is essential.

This role will include completing Early Help Assessments and Early Help case management involving direct work with children, young people and their families providing timely support and interventions to address safeguarding concerns and reduce risks to children and young people. This includes leading Team Around the Family meetings and delivering a range of evidence-based group programmes to children, young people and families who meet the threshold for the service.
