About the role... As Head of Operations Therapy, you will hold a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of contractual standards and outcomes across all therapy services at multiple locations. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering safe, high-quality, and effective patient care while maintaining market-leading performance and adhering to budget expectations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to cultivate a positive and productive culture across all sites, promote quality and operational efficiency, and contribute significantly to business growth targets.

**Your day to day... Demonstrating Accountability**: - Provide operational leadership for therapy contracts, ensuring adherence to contractual standards and outcomes. - Lead the non-clinical teams to consistently meet performance and quality standards. - Collaborate with clinical leadership teams to enhance accountability across the organization.

**Being Respectful**: - Foster strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical teams, promoting a culture of mutual respect and collaboration. - Uphold the organization's values of respect and professionalism among team members and stakeholders. Degree or equivalent professional experience Management qualification or equivalent experience At least 5 years' experience of operational management in healthcare Experience of managing large budgets Experience of managing teams of staff Experience of managing therapy services Experience in the independent healthcare sector.
