**Job description**
Robert Lee Distribution Limited is the largest independent distributor of bathroom, kitchen and plumbing products, supplying to retailers in the UK. Accuracy and productivity are key elements that drive our business forward.
This is an exciting new role in our structure - we're looking for an enthusiastic, team-player to join our busy, well-established, Warehouse team at our Manchester depot.
The ideal person will have good communication skills, an eye for spotting a discrepancy, be organised, reliable, and have a 'can do' attitude.
Experience in a similar fast-moving environment would be an advantage, though not essential.
The role will require knowledge in both Transport and returns systems within the business (training will be provided) you will be working closely with the stock team as well as the transport manager the right applicant will be happy to work outside and inside the office on a daily basis.

H/RLY RATE: £10.75
FULL TIME HOURS 42.5 PER WEEK
SHIFT HOURS- 8:30am - 18:00pm

- To ensure that site data for KPI’s are maintained and reported
- Create and maintain other Logistics reports for the Transport/Warehouse Manager, and/or as required by the business
- Issue Purchase Order numbers to invoices and enter onto internal database
- Assist with third Party Logistics providers by entering jobs onto their portals
- Retrieving POD’s and enter onto internal system(s)
- Debrief RLD delivery drivers and validate paperwork
- Complete daily Logistics Monitor with previous days route information

- QUALIFICATIONS
Hold A-C grade in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in a similar office/warehouse environment
Practical experience using MS Office/IT software in a similar role
Creating and updating reports

Excellent accuracy skills
Ability to work under pressure to achieve set targets and meet deadlines
