**1. JOB PURPOSE**

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Communications and Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing our communication and marketing strategies, helping to elevate our brand presence and effectively engage with our target audience.

As our Communications and Marketing Assistant, you'll have the chance to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, contribute innovative ideas, and work across a wide variety of communication and marketing activities. **2. Responsibilities**:
**Reporting to: Communications & Marketing Executive**

**Content Creation**:Take the lead in creating captivating visual content, including photography and video, to support our marketing campaigns and initiatives to showcase ETZ Ltd’s delivery.

**Social Media Management**: Manage social media platforms, curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our audience to build and maintain our online presence.

**Digital Platform Management**: Oversee our digital presence and ensure all content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity and messaging.

**Messaging and Brand**:Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels, reinforcing our brand identity and values in all marketing materials and interactions.

**Project Coordination**: Deliver materials and campaigns for various projects, assisting in the development and execution of communication and marketing strategies.

**Design and Creativity**: We are looking for a creative mind who can utilise digital tools to design marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral that effectively communicate our brand message.

**Event Management**: Supporting Communications & Marketing Manager with organising and managing events, from planning and setup to content creation and execution.

**Enquiries and Direct Mail Campaigns**: Manage enquiries from various channels and coordinate direct mail campaigns to reach our target audience effectively.

**Reporting and Analytics**: Report on campaign delivery, manage metrics and provide insight on growth opportunities.

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Degree education preferred.
- 1-2 years of previous experience working in a marketing or communications role.
- Proactive attitude, someone who is creative with their ideas.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Desirable).
- Dynamic and adaptable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft packages.
- A passion for driving a sustainable energy transition.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience or knowledge of the energy industry would be advantageous.

Flexibility will be required within the role including traveling to different locations, and being adaptable with working hours on occasion to suit the organisation activity.
