**THE ROLE**

The Digital Communications Officer will lead our digital communications presence in Wales through online channels and the creation of digital content. With focus on influencing both our existing supporters as well as targeting members of the public, whilst helping to increase our brand presence in Wales. As a result, existing supporters will be retained and new supporters recruited to support our cause through money, time, voice and land. The role will need to support the priorities set out within the overall Wales plan and the Wales Communications and Engagement plan. The role will take direction from the Communications and Engagement Manager and will work closely with all teams in Wales.

We are offering flexible hours from 20 hours to 37.5 hours per week.

This is a 12 months fixed term position (maternity cover).

**THE CANDIDATE**

With experience of developing digital content across most common channels, including social media, website landing pages and content management systems as part of an overall communications plan, you’ll have keen editorial skills and an eye for brand design, using your experience and knowledge to create digital communications programmes, initiatives and content.
