Cobalt is working with one of the UK's best residential property managers who are seeking a Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator to join their team in Manchester.
You will join this growing team and hit the ground running with assisting the Facilities Team with the management of their portfolio in the North of England on scheduling both reactive and PPM works for their tenants. This will be an initial 6-month contractwith a high possibility of the role going permanent.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing contractors and scheduling repairs
- Answering tenant queries
- Scheduling both reactive and PPM works for the portfolio
- Prioritising and utilising Maintenance Managers/external contractors for necessary works
- Utilise their internal software to ensure it is effective
- Experience with the reactive and ppm maintenance of residential properties

**Requirements for this role**:

- Experience in scheduling contractor's workloads by priority
- Proven experience in a similar type of position
- Experience working under pressure on your own or as part of a team
- Proven experience with CAFM software for both reactive and ppm works
- An understanding of H&S, FRA & GRA regulations
