**KEY **RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Junior QC Operator, you will be responsible for QC assessment of high-profile content from major OTT clients and traditional studios, thereby helping to uphold Eikons reputation as a world-class vendor. You will be trained in the operation of all relevant equipment such as DVS Clipster, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere and Pro Tools, and full QC training will enable you to carry out the vital final checks on all content before it leaves the building.

**MAIN DUTIES**

With thorough training, you will become proficient in:

- The quality control of feature and episodic content from high-profile OTT clients
- Quality checking internally generated assets
- Performing QC on theatrical features and trailers
- Creation of QC reports and other associated paperwork

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**

As this is an entry-level position, relevant experience within a QC environment would be beneficial, but is not essential since comprehensive training and full support will be provided.

What is essential is a great eye and ear for detail, a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude to hard work, and the motivation to grow into a key member of the department. Its also critical that you have a flexible and proactive approach to meeting tight deadlines.

Beneficial experience may include:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and sensitive information
- The flexibility to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Knowledge of digital cinema standards and practices
- Experience of timeline-based editing tools such as Clipster, Resolve, Premiere and Pro Tools
- Strong IT literacy
