**The Budgeting, Accounting and Governance Officer role**:
As the **Budgeting, Accounting and Governance Officer**, you will maintain accurate records and processes to provide support and advice for HMLR's IT Operations and IT Service Management Practices.

**Responsibilities as our Budgeting, Accounting and Governance Officer**:
You will complete regular quarterly cost monitoring exercises, liaising with Budget Holders, IT Service Management Practice Cells, Supplier Managers, Commercial Group, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the most accurate reflection of thebudget is maintained, entering figures into the Financial Reporting and Planning (FRP) tool within the deadlines set.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Practical knowledge and experience of making the best use of information from financial management systems and reporting tools
- Confidence in working with numbers and can reconcile different sets of information to tight deadlines
