**Circa £34k basic plus bonus (around £500 per month)

**Permanent, Full Time**
**Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm**

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:
- Carrying out estimates accurately and sending to customers in a timely manner.
- Liaising with insurance companies/third parties to access necessary claim information.
- Carrying out all estimate follow-ups.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the full range of competitors products and services.
- Handing over completed vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assisting the Workshop Controller to achieve completion dates.
- Advising the Bodyshop Administrator of any issues affecting completion date.
- Responsible for work quality and final checking of all vehicles in the repair and completion stage.
**Your background & skill**:
- Experience as a VDA (Ideally fully qualified)
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work towards deadlines and targets.
- Communication skills.
