Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) Role

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a key member of our Bodyshop team, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and working closely with insurance companies and third parties to ensure accurate claim information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with insurance companies and third parties to access necessary claim information.
  • Collaborate with the Workshop Controller to achieve recorded completion dates or advise the Bodyshop Administrator of issues affecting completion date.
  • Ensure work quality and final check all vehicles for both repair and completion stages.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the repair industry.
  • Enthusiastic approach and strong communication skills.
