This role will require a minimum of 2 days per week in our Cambridge office. This requirement will be discussed further at the interview stage.

**About the role**

The main purpose of this job is to be actively involved in all aspects of face-to face trainer management. This includes working on the recruitment, accreditation, development and quality assurance of our 700 trainers who are based around the world and whodeliver our face-to-face and live virtual training.
- **_Recruitment:_**Support the selection of trainers by organising and running trainer selection events both in the UK and internationally (which occasionally will involve international travel)
- **_Accreditation: _**Take responsibility for the design and organisation of our face-to-face **online induction course** for new trainers. Co-ordinate, monitor and develop our **mentoring and co-facilitation**programmes that are designed to support trainers to get ready to run their first event and to develop their training practice and their knowledge of the assessment of their syllabus as appropriate
- **_Quality assurance:_**What does good face-to-face and virtual training look like? You will be involved in continually reassessing this question and implementing our observation programme, for both face-to-face and virtual events
- Regularly **review and redesign processes** to find the most efficient ways of working and of using resources

**About you**

Your experience teaching in primary, secondary, or further education will be essential to your contribution within this role.

As an Education manager, you will be an exceptional communicator with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

You will bring your knowledge and understanding of a range of approaches to learning and teaching that have had a positive impact on student outcomes. Additional knowledge of education in an international context would be highly desirable, though not essential.
