Working closely with our delivery and assessment team, you will monitor individual performance, conduct assessments in the workplace and college, and provide regular learning reviews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with employers and colleagues alike.

As a key member of our construction team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including apprentices, employers, and other colleagues.
