**Intro**:
S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for an apprenticeship Trainer in Hospitality Management. This is a full time permanent position, delivering the apprenticeship remotely with requirements to visit the learners in their workplace. This organisationhave been around for over 25 years and have been voted as one of the top 3 training providers in the UK delivering apprenticeships nationally. They are looking for an experienced and motivated trainer/assessor to help their learners towards gateway and achievingtheir qualification.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Trainer in Hospitality Management, you will be responsible to:
- Teach and provide knowledge sessions remotely and visit them in their workplace scheduled to help them complete their apprenticeship
- Keep your diary organized and updated to make sure that you are delivering based on KPIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teammates to maintain excellent service to clients and learners while following the required standards
- Monitor the progress of the learners regularly and ensure that they will attend all sessions
- Identify the needs of the learners and provide proper guidance and information to help them progress
**Experience and Skills**:
As a Trainer in Hospitality Management, you will need the following to be successful:
- A level 2 NVQ in Hospitality
- Relevant hospitality management vocational experience
- GCSEs in English and Maths at Level C or equivalent
- An NVQ 3 in hospitality supervision or cookery and NVQ 4 in hospitality management are desirable
- Ability to hit and exceed KPIs and goals
- Strong communication skills
