Join us as NatWest Thrive Brand Marketing Lead
- We’ll look to you to take responsibility for delivering world class campaigns that deliver both brand and commercial objectives
- You’ll be collaborating across teams to produce highly insightful, clear, and inspiring briefs for our creative and media agencies
- As a key member of our team, you’ll enjoy extensive collaboration and can expect great visibility for you and your work

**What you’ll do**:
As a Brand Marketing Lead, you’ll be providing strategic direction and support in the delivery of our NW Thrive partnerships and campaigns. You’ll also oversee creative and media proposals to make sure they are delivered against the brief.

We’ll also expect you to approve content to make sure it complies with our creative strategy and principles. You’ll also adhere to our inclusion communications guide and our climate friendly production guidelines.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

- Accountable for the strategic delivery of the Thrive campaigns, from creative development and campaign management to final execution
- Forecasting and carefully handling media and production budgets to make sure that delivery is on target
- Understanding brand tracking and media analysis to make sure we optimise media efficiency and campaign performance
- Preparing and sharing campaign results, with support from our agencies and insight teams

**The skills you’ll need**:
We’re looking for someone with significant senior level experience in marketing or a client or agency role. You’ll also have experience and relevant qualifications in sustainability and climate.

Alongside this, you’ll bring an understanding of external regulations and their impact on the customer and marketing strategy, paired with a good understanding of digital strategy and implementation.

In addition, you’ll need:

- A track record of creative excellence
- Experience of managing an agency relationship
- An understanding of the critical elements of brand management
- Advanced influencing and stakeholder management skills at a senior level
- An end-to-end understanding of the campaign creative and production process
