PC Richardson & Co (Middlesbrough) Ltd is a family run business specialising in high level repair and maintenance schemes on structures such as bridges and industrial stacks. We have been operating since 1918 and work internationally, with offices in Stokesley, North Yorkshire (Head Office), Cumbria and Saudi Arabia.

We are currently looking for an individual to join our team at Stokesley Head Office to fill the role of **Office Administrator / Training Coordinator.**
- Setting up new job files
- Filling of various paperwork
- Ordering and logging stationary supplies
- Taking calls from clients and suppliers
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Updating our company training matrix
- Booking training courses, i.e. Safety Passports, IRATA Courses, CITB
- Ensuring all site based employees have in date training qualifications and tickets

Suitable applicants should be;
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- _Preferred _experience in the construction industry though not essential
- An individual who can work well on their own

Job type: Permanent

Full-time or Part-time options available

Office opening hours are Monday - Thursday 0830hrs to 1715hrs and Friday 0830hrs to 1230hrs

Start date: Immediate start
