We are on a mission to redefine the way we connect with future students. As the Associate Director of Customer Engagement, you'll play a crucial role in collaborating across teams to drive recruitment for both domestic and international students through innovative and impactful engagement strategies.
Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment, you will spearhead our Customer Engagement team to achieve recruitment goals. This involves pioneering new approaches to conversion activities, events and proactive engagement efforts. You will collaborative across departments to ensure a seamless and holistic recruitment experience that exceeds targets and key performance indicators.
This post is available on permanent basis. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours). Job share arrangements may be considered.
The provisional interview date is Wednesday 20 March.
