About the Role
The Director of Student Recruitment will lead a high-performing team of sales and events professionals at Nottingham Trent University.
As a key member of the Recruitment, Marketing and Communications team, you will build strong relationships with Executive Deans and develop and lead the University's programme of recruitment events.
You will be responsible for interpreting audience insight and data to develop innovative and targeted recruitment strategies, working collaboratively with colleagues from digital experience and marketing to CRM and communications.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of managing multiple stakeholders and leveraging relationships, with a strong track record of delivering against targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales and events professionals to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Develop and lead the University's programme of recruitment events
- Build strong relationships with Executive Deans and external stakeholders
- Interpret audience insight and data to develop innovative recruitment strategies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the University
