We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and motivated individual with strong data management skills and a willingness to learn. This is an exciting opportunity to lead in maintaining and developing the corporate property database (the Local Land and Property Gazetteer/LLPG). The role is based within the Joint ICT service who provide support to Bolsover, Derbyshire Dales and North East Derbyshire District Councils.

The Property Gazetteer Officer is responsible for systems and data management, collating, integrating, and interpreting address-based data used both internally and by external organisations such as the Police, Fire Service, Royal Mail, Ordnance Survey, and many others.

The successful applicant will be managing, supporting, and promoting the LLPG through projects and day to day work. They will be the nominated Authority Address Custodian, ensuring the authorities meet their Public Sector Geospatial Agreement and the Data Co-operation Agreement.

**The successful applicant will need to be**:

- Experienced in a similar role i.e.
- Manging an LLPG
- Managing addressed based data in Local Government
- Educated to degree level or have significant relevant experience (as above)
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Able to identify issues and find solutions.
- Organised and have excellent communication skills.

Currently there is the opportunity to work intermittently from home or from our alternative offices, however this is dependent on the service needs. The post cannot currently be offered on a permanent remote working basis.

Please note that this role does involve the need to regularly carry out site visits throughout the Districts.
