We currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and positive person to champion all things Customer Success both internally and externally.

The Customer Success Team owns customer relationships across Benefex’s portfolio. Our success is driven by the outcomes and value we deliver for our customers and is measured through revenue retention, growth, and the creation of Benefex customer advocates.

It is an exciting time to be part of Benefex as a business, and, as part of our exciting journey this role plays a key part in our customer’s success. You will have ownership of a portfolio of customers which will entail developing a strategic plan that achieves our customers desired outcomes and meets Benefex’s commercial objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success you will ensure the Net Promoter Score (NPS) response targets are met, and you will deliver quarterly business reviews. You will also identify areas of expansion with customers by building a great relationship with key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the solution meets the agreed customer objectives both currently and, in the future, including helping them to achieve a leadership mindset in regard to employee benefits.

What Skills and Experience will you have:

- Current experience of working in Customer Success/Account Management/Consultancy roles, ideally in the HRTech industry
- Demonstrable record in account management/consultancy within HRTech industry
- Good understanding of the key trends within Reward/Employee Benefits/HR industry
- A good understanding of Customer Success principles
- Experience of supporting customer needs and objectives
- Strong problem solver with the ability to work across functions and a track record of improving outcomes for customers
- Demonstrable experience of building relationships with senior stakeholders within organisations
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Positive, growth mindset
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Gainsight CRM tools (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
