**What is a Relief Support Practitioner?**:** Our relief Practitioners provide valued source of support to our teams and the people we support, helping to cover short or long-term planned and unplanned absences or gaps in our rotas. We are recruiting Relief Support Practitioners to join our Relief Pool in the the Hamilton area.**

**What shifts are available?**:** As a Relief Support Practitioner, you can share your availability and preferences in advance with our managers who can then factor this into their planning and how your strengths, skills or interests might be best applied. You can also let us know if you are available unexpectedly or at short notice. Even short windows of time can be helpful for our teams, as they help people plan their daily lives, for example**:

An early morning to early afternoon shift (09:30- 15:30)assisting and encouraging the people we support to live happy meaningful lives and achieve their personal goals/ambitions when attending our Touchbase Service and within the wider community.**

**What training or experience do I need to become a Relief Support Practitioner?**:** No previous working experience is needed; full training will be provided to you. We are looking for individuals who can bring their own experiences and have a passion for working with people.
