Responsible for ensuring that staff are up to date with all mandatory training and competency assessments required to maintain registration and work within the Emergency Care Department Responsible for induction of new staff to The Emergency Department with planned induction programme and to provide ongoing support.

Responsible for ensuring Emergency Care has adequate numbers of staff who are able to mentor/preceptor staff within critical care/outreach Provide a training needs analysis for Emergency Care and keep it updated ensuring all training requirements are documented for Emergency staff
