**Your mission**:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce implementation.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop, Communicate and drive a clear project plan for existing and new initiatives.
- Administer and customise the Salesforce Enterprise Edition to meet the specific needs of various stakeholders form Sales / Marketing / Customer Success and Management,
- Manage user setup, profiles, and roles to maintain data security and access controls.
- Oversee data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce, including regular data cleansing and de-duplication efforts.
- Support and enhance integration between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, ensuring data consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop workflows, and implement automation processes.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Implement and manage new integrations.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics using Salesforce and where applicable external dashboarding software such as Kluster for decision-making purposes.
- Provide user support and training programs, collaborating with external consultants.
- Maintain knowledge base and documentation specific to the Salesforce implementation.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required. Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Proficient in data management, including data imports, exports, and data cleansing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to provide user support and deliver training programs.
