**Role Overview**

As an Equity Release Introducer, you will be the first point on con tact for our customers. You will pro-actively call out using a dialler to customers who have registered their interests in equity release to further inform them of the benefits of the product. In order to book them in for an appointment with a financial advisor.

**What is Equity Release?**

Equity is the value of your home minus any debts you may have secured against it. Equity Release is a financial product that helps you access some of the cash tied up in the value of your property to supplement your retirement needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a prompt, friendly and efficient initial point of contact for customers
- Accurately update Customer administration systems and Adviser diary systems

**Key Skills**
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience making warm outbound calls and appointment booking
- Experience or interest in Telesales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £21,340.00-£27,340.00 per year
