This company an established retailer is searching for a ER Advisor based in London to expand their team. It is a great time to join this company with it's continuing success in their market and people development driving results.

You will be responsible for the delivery of a people focused strategy, as this is a generalist role focusing on ER and overseeing any projects that are being rolled out. Reporting into the company HRD you will support the company in developing and implementing a robust HR strategy aligned with operational strategic goals, whilst driving a strong team and supporting your stakeholders. Some of the projects this role will focus on will be, implementing a new reward and recognition platform, reviewing pay scales across all levels within the business and mental health and well-being policies.

You will have experience of working as a successful and results driven ER Advisor and will have at least three years experience in a similar role in retail or hospitality. You will have robust experience in managing your ER caseload alongside projects as required.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
