HR BI Consultant required - Contract - Inside IR35 - Remote

Our client, a leading professional service firm is at the start of the implementation of a new cloud-based HR HCM technology: nameley Workday

They are looking to engage a Consultant to realise their HR BI Strategy including working with project Process leads in defining their requirement for Business Intelligence, and delivering on those requirements within our chosen technology.
- Support the HR BI Manager to develop and deliver the BI Strategy for the HR Function
- Work with the HR BI Manager to create a credible reporting change and delivery process
- Responsible for the creation, interpretation, and delivery of meaningful workforce analytics
- Review requests for new or additional people reporting and seek ways to avoid duplication and increase efficiency
- Provide external data insights to drive organisational performance
- Seek opportunities to continuously improve how we operate

Within the HR Technology project:

- Ensure key BI activities are delivered as per the BI project plan
- Act as the BI report creator within the project
- Work with the implementation partners and other process leads to identify requirements and work collaboratively to ensure that those requirements are delivered in the most appropriate format i.e. dashboard, self serve reports, scheduled reporting
- Identify and understand any gaps in the BI landscape and work to close those gaps with on the ground technical solutions
- Work with the other process leads on the design and implementation of the HR ticketing module ensuring process flows are understood and reporting is in place to monitor SLA's etc.
- Work with the test manager to test the built solution against the requirements, working to resolve defects through a controlled test plan
