Hours: Monday to Friday | 7.30am - 4.30pm (full-time on site)

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking 2 dynamic individuals to join their esteemed team at their Wembley Site. As a Construction Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and onsite construction staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of high-profile projects in a vibrant and rapidly developing area.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work within a busy construction environment
- Provide support to project managers and onsite construction staff
- Handle day-to-day queries and communications
- Manage queries both face-to-face and over the phone
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate orders for stock and PPE
- Handle health and safety reports
- Generate reports on project progress
- Manage site equipment, including IT and communications
- Liaise with Head Office daily
- Provide ad hoc support as needed

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a construction environment preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in handling administrative tasks
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols
- Capability to manage project progress reports
- Excellent problem-solving skills
