Business Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business
- Type, format, and proofread documents such as reports and correspondence
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files including searching client databases for relevant information to provide to our site inspectors
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for company Directors
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Provide general office support, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- **Undertake ad hoc tasks that contribute to the continued growth of Delta Fire Engineering, Delta Fire Safety and Delta Fire Protection**
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and organizational skills
