**What You'll Do**:
As a Customer Service Representative at Global 1st Line, you will:

- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed customer service targets.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer interactions and processes.
- Embrace a competitive spirit to deliver top-notch service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
